Great house for large groups. Had a really great year with friends in this house and would definitely recommend the landlords. They helped with any request we had.

The property has a spacious layout with modern amenities. The kitchen was fully equipped , and the bedrooms are well-sized with plenty of storage! Always got quick responses to any questions we had! Highly recommend!

A beautiful new and modern apartment, two bedrooms and two bathrooms which is really nice, great location and amazing riverside views and yet only a few minutes walk to my study. highly recommend this property.

The house is spacious and super bright. My room was comfy with everything I needed, including a great desk for studying and plenty of storage. The living room was a nice spot to relax with housemates. One of the best things about this place was the parking. There’s private parking right at the entrance, which was really handy, especially during busy times. The garden was another big plus.

The location is unbeatable, it made getting to class and exploring the city so easy. Overall, it’s amazing value for money, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Definitely recommend it

The location is spot on which made uni life so much easier. The house itself is really spacious and bright. My room was comfy, with a cosy bed, lots of storage. Private parking was a big win.

Stayed in this apartment as my friends were also staying in number 12 cathedrals, so we were in the same building. It was like a big house share but much better as we had our own kitchen and bathrooms, definitely would recommend for groups to take seveal apartments in this building!

Great location really close to the university buildings

This place was awesome, and the family landlords were really great. Super chill, always there when I needed help, and just really nice people. Made everything so easy. Highly recommend!
